A Gathering of Conversations

If you may or may not remember, I used to have a forum on here. Well, it got hosed when I did some cleaning on my webserver and I never really bothered to fix.

Until last night...

I setup a new message board using phpBB2. Really awesome software, easy to install and setup. Highly reccomended.

Go to the forums, register and have fun!

Help Me Buy More Stuff

Well, remember a couple days ago I wrote how I was really bored and stuff. Turns out I just needed a PSP. Well, my mom bought me a PSP on launch day (Thanks, Mom!) and now I need some stuff for it. I need some games and I need a gigabyte Memory Stick card.

So, in order to help me fund my goal, I've decided to sell some old junk. I guess you could say I'm living a semi-buddhist lifestyle, you know, get rid of earthly possesions to attain enlightenment. One of the first things I'm selling is my Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop.

Truth is, I already have two other laptops and the Dell is just sitting in the bag next to our armchair, so I figured why let it sit there and collect dust. So I put it up on eBay to try and sell it.

My Homeslice

My hombre, Mike Nene's has a new website Eatmyprick.com

He's got daily pictures and a blog. Check it out.

Inspiration in Consumerism

Have you ever walked in to a room and seen something so different and inspiring that it made you want to do something. Lonesome Crowded West has done that for me.

I purchased the CD last friday and I've been absolutley floored by it. I highly recommend it to anyone who's sick and tired of the same old bull shit that's played on the radio all day long.

Other then that, my brains been empty, I haven't really had anything to write about. I remember when I first started my blog I used to write every day, and I loved it. But now, it seems I strain to write about things, like nothing I have in my brain is worth writing about.

Everything seems boring to me.

Thing is, I used to be a person who was never bored, I would always find something interesting in anything, now things are very ho-hum and what not.

Well, I'm hungry...

Flippin’ Sweet!!!

I finally seen Napolean Dynamite last night. All I can say is, Flippin Sweet!

The odd thing about the movie is that a lot of people claim it to be a Mormon movie and that it tries to convert people to the mormon way. I don't see how that could possibly be true. Sure, there is not one bit of swearing or sex, except for Kip who could be the most effeminate straight man ever on film. The movie is 100% pure and innocent.

And I suppose that's where the whole Mormon situation comes in to play, if a movie doesn't have some guy humping a pie then it's a relegious flick trying to convert people to some strange relegion.

The only signs of Mormonism (don't know if that's a word) is that they shop at an L.D.S. (An L.D.S. is basically a Mormon owned thrift store.)

Going in to the film, I was hesitant because I heard so much good about the movie that I thought it wouldn't live up to expectations. I was wrong, I was giggling and laughing through out the entire film.

I highly recomend this movie, I give a five out a five.
