Somewhere in Georgia

I love IBM. Don't get me wrong, I think they're the best computer company out there. Their notebook computers cannot be beat.

But why, when I call their service department, must the recording mention that the service department is in Georgia, when they guy on the other line has such a thick Middle Eastern accent that he could've been talking Japanese and it wouldn't of made a difference.

The whole problem with the outsourcing thing wasn't that they were taking jobs from Americans, hell they need the money. The problem is the communication. The best part, and it's really no secret, that the outsourcing companies would assign their employees more english sounding names. So all of a sudden, Hamir became Harry.
