MAME Cabinet — Day 4

Day 4 is pretty boring. Paint Day.

First I applied two coats of primer. The Kilz Primer dries in an hour so it only took about an hour and a half for the application of primer.

For the actual paint, I applied a heavy coat of black, waited about an hour or so and put another heavy coat of black.

One thing, USE A ROLLER! I cannot stress how much easier and quicker a roller makes painting. It actually makes painting fun, big plus in my book.

And as I washed out the paint pan and contemplated throwing away my $2 foam paint roller, I breathed a sigh of relief knowing that I was done painting and that much closer to finishing my project
